Specializing in machining processes for medium and large batches in the automotive industry, CUSSÓ-HERAS is committed to maximizing profitability in every project. We collaborate closely with our customers from the initial study through fine-tuning, machine setup, and part manufacturing.

At the customer's request, we conduct an initial machining study, taking into account factors such as machine specifications, clamping strategy, and production requirements.

Complete fixture projects are designed using Autodesk Inventor.

We also offer services such as tool collision analysis and robot clamping jaw simulation.

A comprehensive set of documentation is provided to the customer along with the fixture.

Using CAD-CAM software, the 3D models from the design department are transformed into actionable manufacturing data.

We are capable of producing parts up to Ø900mm using the latest 5-axis machining centers.

In a dedicated assembly department, our experienced technicians bring together everything required: manufactured parts, hydraulic components from the most reputable manufacturers, and commercial components.

Thanks to the layout and parts list provided by the design department, the assembly is completed without missing a single component.

Of course, we perform hydraulic and pneumatic tests to ensure there are no leaks, adjust the clamping sequence, and monitor the pressure differential of the seating control.

Based on the measurement plan provided by the design department, we use a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to perform dimensional control and make the final adjustments to the fixture's reference points.

This minimizes the need for final adjustments by the customer.

The CMM report is delivered along with the rest of the documentation.
